Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Frankie Shop pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, including beauty products and final sale pieces, are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
