What is your return policy for international orders?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-10 business days for international destinations. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
How do I know which size to choose?
Since we curate a mix of oversized and tailored silhouettes, we provide specific measurements for each garment on the product page. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own for the best fit.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Once an order is confirmed, we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. For eligible regions, we also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna.
Are your products authentic and where are they made?
The Frankie Shop guarantees the authenticity of every item sold. Our house label is designed in our New York and Paris studios, with production taking place in high-quality facilities across Korea and Europe.
